Purpose

Using blood-derived growth factors from platelet rich plasma (PRP), the Vampire®  Microneedling Facial Procedure is a safe procedure for renewing the skin of the face and other body areas by correcting texture and color.

Benefits

The Vampire Facial® uses your own rejuvenating cells (PRP) and infuses them into your skin via microneedling. Your body reacts to the microneedled cells as it does an injury and starts repairing tissue. This is enhanced by PRP, which contains growth factors that stimulates cellular healing and improved blood flow to the tissue with new blood vessels (neo-vascularization).

This procedure builds healthy collagen and repairs the underlying tissue of the skin which tightens, smooths, and increases blood flow. Within 2 to 4 weeks, you will see improvement in your skin and continue to experience positive changes for 12 weeks. There is actual growth of new tissue by stimulation of uni-potent stem cells, so the changes in your skin are a result of your body actually rejuvenating and growing. The results of this treatment should last for at least 6 months to one year.

Treatment

4 steps of the Vampire Facial® Procedure

1—Isolating the magic from your blood

First, we draw your blood from your arm (just like getting a blood test done). Then, using a PureSpin Centrifuge System®, we isolate the platelet –rich plasma (PRP) – all within about 10 minutes!

2 – Microneedling

After the skin is anesthetized with a topical anesthetic, a Rejuvapen® microneedling pen uses 12 tiny needles that move up and down at 8 thousand times per minute to create microscopic controlled injuries to the skin.

3 – Coating and soaking your skin with blood-derived growth factors (PRP)

These growth Factors then activate multipotent stem cells already in the skin, tricking them into “thinking” there’s been an injury, resulting in the creation of newer younger tissue.

4 – Start a medical grade/stem cell based skin care program recommended by our highly-educated and experienced medical professionals

Only licensed physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants who have been trained and certified to perform the Vampire® Treatments can perform these specialized procedures.
